How to choose an advertising account solution

Compare customer-owned setup, managed access and permitted account purchases before choosing an advertising account provider.

Policy sources reviewed 29 October 2026 · Confirm current account-specific requirements with the platform.

Start with your business and campaign

List your business country, target markets, product, budget and website. Choose a platform for its audience and campaign format, not a promise of easier approval. Regulated products may require licenses, certifications or geographic restrictions before an account can advertise.

Choose the arrangement, not just an account label

Customer-owned setup, agency management and an account purchase are different arrangements. For setup, identify which business creates and owns the account. For managed advertising, specify roles and an exit process. For a purchase, verify that the platform permits the actual ownership change; credentials or an administrator invitation alone are not proof of a valid sale.

Compare written quotes

Ask what is included: account work, verification assistance, billing setup, campaigns or ongoing support. Separate service fees from advertising spend. Confirm the owner, permitted handover, price, payment terms and any refund terms before paying. Account age, verification labels and credit-line claims should be checked individually, not treated as a guarantee.
